Elephant in the Room

In any organization there’s often an “Elephant in the room” - an obstacle or challenge that everyone knows about but isn’t willing to address. Until the Elephant becomes clear, communication suffers, disengagement surfaces, trust is lost, purpose is forgotten, and work is no longer fun. Until the Elephant becomes clear the quality of solutions generated to bring about positive change are limited.
